Clients usually give a more detailed picture of the issues or difficulties that they want to work on, and I will talk about some of the kinds of work that I do that can help.
If we decide that we are going to begin sessions, we will work together to make our sessions safe and supportive by agreeing a counselling contract together.

My priority is ensuring you feel confident and secure about our sessions as we set off in our work together, and these steps are important to allow time for you to ask any questions you might have.
